OUR SERVICES

Accounts Receivable Financing

Pre-Banc bridges the gap between when a business pays their bills and when they receive their profits. Accounts Receivable Financing advances the money your business made, but has yet to receive.

A Pre-Banc Accounts Receivable Loan offers quick cash, advancing up to 90% of your businesses’ invoice amount. This short-term loan allows a business to put its money to work immediately, rather than waiting 30 days or more to receive its profits.

A Revolving
Line of Credit

Pre-Banc also offers a revolving line of credit based on your Accounts Receivable Balance. You control your costs by borrowing just what you need, when you need it. This flexible borrowing can help your business cover costs of growth.

ELIGIBILITY

Helping Businesses At Any Stage

Small businesses often cannot obtain bank financing for a variety of reasons. Perhaps they are too new in business, operating losses, are too highly leveraged, have bad credit, or prior bankruptcy.

However, many successful companies finance their accounts receivable during early stages of growth, and most types of businesses are eligible.

How Much Does It Cost?

Pre-Banc is a provider of capital, rather than a traditional bank loan. We evaluate risk differently than typical lenders and capital investors. Because of this, we do not require clients to give up any equity in their business.

Instead, Pre-Banc installs a finance charge for use of the loan. To evaluate the cost, a prospective borrower should compare the cost of the loan to the potential profit that can be generated from the borrowed funds. Interest costs might be as low as 1-2% of sales. Many suppliers offer cash discounts, and the timely purchases of services and materials can save a business money. The potential for greater profits and savings on suppliers can help offset the financial charge.
